Guilty Foods … Come again?

I was at work using the toaster oven to reheat some leftover battered fish & fries from a previous night out. The accountant came in and asked if I ever felt guilty for eating fried food. I told him I never felt guilty for eating anything. He was surprised, and said HE felt guilty for eating anything that wasn’t healthy. I responded that sometimes, it’s not about health, it’s about happiness.
